Falling asleep in the drive-thru lane of a McDonald's in Wallingford was only the start of Felix Sierra's problems.
When police came over to tap on the 34-year-old Hartford driver's window, they noticed a gun sitting in the center console of his car.
It would later turn out that the gun was loaded.
Police say it also turned out that Sierra should not have had gun, since he is a convicted felon.
Sierra has been released after posting a $100,000 bond.
