
Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - An arrest has been made in connection with a fatal shooting last month in Hartford.
On Monday, police picked up Kevin Cruz-Gomez, 26, of Hartford.
Officers say at about 1:30 p.m. on May 7th, they responded to 1063 Capitol Avenue on a report of shots fired.
That's where they found Jared Floyd, 25, of that address, unresponsive.
He later died at an area hospital.
Detectives say they were able identify Cruz-Gomez as their suspect.
He was located by members of the Hartford Police Fugitive Task Force.
In addition to murder, Cruz-Gomez is charged with criminal possession of a firearm.
Bond was set at $2 million.
