WATERBURY, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Waterbury Police arrest a teenager in connection with a crash that critically injured a victim.
The crash happened on Baldwin Street around 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Police say they found a victim at the scene and took him to a local hospital for treatment.
Police are charging the suspect with reckless driving, operating without insurance, operating without a license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating with a misused plate, and evading responsibility.
The teen's name isn't being released because of his age.
