Middletown, Conn./WTIC Radio - Today, Governor Lamont will hold a bill signing in Middletown for two pieces of legislation supporting maternal health services.
One bill calls for the state to develop a plan for additional birthing centers and hospitals in those areas with a high percentage of Medicaid recipients who have limited access.
The second bill has to do with perinatal mental health care services.
The bill signing takes place at the Community Health Center of Middletown at 11:00 a.m.
