Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - Hartford police are charging a Bloomfield man after officers were called regarding a possible kidnapping Monday.
Police were dispatched to what they only say was an undisclosed location just before 3:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, patrol officers learned the alleged victim, a juvenile, was attacked and the suspect attempted to sexually assault them.
A struggle ensued and police say the suspect, Kejon McLemore, 33, was stopped by bystanders after making off with victim's bag and headphones.
The good Samaritans held McLemore until police arrived.
McLemore faces a slew of charges including risk of injury, unlawful restraint, sexual assault, and strangulation.
