Cheshire, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police are investigating the discovery of a body early Thursday morning in Cheshire.
Police there say they received a request around 2:30 a.m. for a well-being check by Meriden police at Quinnipiac Park.
That's where the discovery was made.
There's no word yet on the identity or gender of the person or how they may have died.
The park has since reopened after it was closed for several hours for the investigation.
