HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - The latest Connecticut COVID-19 test positivity rate is slightly higher in the latest 24-hour reporting period.
Connecticut reports a 4.94% positivity rate on Friday, up from 4.45% on Thursday. There were 1,189 positive tests out of 24,078 conducted in the last day.
There are also 62 fewer hospitalizations, bringing the statewide total down to 467 patients. Of those patients currently in the hospital, 226 (48.4%) are not fully vaccinated.
