First responders off Milford, Connecticut, have rescued a fisherman after
his clam boat capsized south of Charles Island.
They say that the man was the only person aboard the boat when it
capsized at about 3 a.m. Wednesday.
A report of the man in the water reached the Milford emergency center

they say say they found the man still hanging on. Exhibiting signs of mild
