He and his wife had a fight over some guinea pigs he gave her for Mother's Day.
Now, Tahj Hutchinson has been sentenced in Hartford to 27 years in prison for
killing his wife by bashing her on the head with a laptop and then kneeling on her neck until she stopped moving.
Hutchinson was also convicted of putting the
body of his wife -- Jessica Edwards -- into his SUV and then dumping it in a wooded area in East Hartford.
The sentence also includes 3 years for risk of injury to a child, and 4 years for tampering with evidence.
