Lisbon, Conn.(WTIC Radio)-A Ledyard man faces charges for driving the wrong-way on Interstate 395, causing a two-vehicle accident, State Police said.
Police responded Northbound, locating the vehicle parked the wrong way, near exit 19. Police determined the vehicle had been involved in a collision and then evaded the scene of impact.
Neither drivers and one passenger sustained injuries.
State Police arrested the driver of the vehicle parked in the wrong direction, Nathan Tomlin, 21. He failed a field sobriety test.
Tomlin is charged with evading responsibility, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and driving the wrong way on a divided highway.
Tomlin appears in Norwich Superior Court July 26th.
