Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Waterbury have made an arrest in connection with a Monday stabbing.
Just before noon, officers patrolling the 100-block of Prospect Street were alerted to a disturbance between two people.
One person was stabbed and took himself to an area hospital.
The 37-year-old victim sustained stab wounds to the upper chest and torso, although police say the injuries appear to be non life-threatening.
The man is reported in stable condition.
A suspect was arrested at the scene.
Shyquan Savoy, 25, is charged with first degree assault.
His bond was set at $500,000.
