The Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection issues a summary suspension against Two Thirteen Bar and Grill in West Haven.
The move comes after regular overcrowding complaints and police interventions at the establishment on Saw Mill Road.
Police most recently responded to issues at the premises on Sunday.
The premise license is immediately suspended, and the establishment is closed until further notice.
Its current permit was issued on March 5, 2025, has been renewed once, and is set to expire on March 4, 2027.
