ROCKY HILL, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - The Connecticut Lottery reports its lottery system is back up and running after a hiccup experienced Tuesday morning.
The outage was reported around 6:30 a.m.
During the outage, retailers were unable to sell, cash, or process tickets. Services were unavailable at the CT Lottery Headquarters in Rocky Hill, as well.
