You think of acorns and squirrels come to mind. but bears are the ones that really gobble up acorns.
So it creates a problem when there are more bears but fewer acorns. That's what's happening in Connecticut, with officials
saying that Oak trees here produced fewer acorns this year. That leaves bears with few choices but to rummage through your trash for food.
They say that with a record 69 bears breaking into Connecticut homes this year, Bears look at open containers like an open invitation.
