(WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police are investigating a deadly crash on I-84 Eastbound in Cheshire.
Troopers say Lawrence Soucy, 44, of New Britain, slammed into the back of a tractor trailer around 1:26 a.m. Saturday.
The big rig was slowly climbing a large hill near Exit 26.
Soucy was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the tractor trailer declined medical attention.
