Waterbury's deadly weekend began with Friday night's discovery of a
set of human bones, including a skull, on Judd Street. The bones? Still unidentified. Then, in the early
hours of Saturday, cops rushed to the outside of Mikey's Jamaican Restarant where a 28 year old man
had been shot dead, and Mikey's owner 61 year old Michael
Anderson was suspected of pulling the trigger. He's being held on a two million dollar bond. Then,
less than twelve hours later, another killing, this time,
just a couple of blocks from Waterbury Hospital, in the parking lot of the Salsa Tropical Social Club -- a man who opened fire
into a crowd. Killed? Club owner Dennis Santos. Forty four year old Ramon Ramirez is being held -- also
on a two million dollar bond.
