Bendiciones -- blessings -- reads the store sign at 264 Walnut Street, the Waterbury address where two men were found shot.
One man was reported to have been shot in the neck and the other in one of his shoulders. One of the victims died right there on the scene. The other man was rushed to Saint Mary's Hospital, where he's being treated.
For the year, this is Waterbury's 16th homicide. A dozen of those killings have involved guns.
