Two drinks in an hour can get you into trouble in Conecticut under proposed legislation scheduled for a public hearing this morning (starting 11 a.m.).
The measure would drop Connecticut's blood alcohol limit to .05 percent. To meet the current blood alcohol limit of .08, you'd typically have to slug down four to five drinks.
The push for the change comes as the Connecticut Post reports that another alcohol measure -- one that would extend the serving time at bars until four in the morning -- probably will not survive this legislative session.
