Victor Bravo Espinoza is no Faizal Fasasi. Fasasi is the Manchester man arrested earlier this week for allegedly speeding
at 132 miles per hour. But, Espinoza is close.
Fairfield police say they clocked the 22-year-old Norwalk man scorching past at 110 miles an hour on I-95 in his black 2015 Camaro. That's double the limit.
Espinoza got another ticket, too. That one's for not having a license.
