Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - A pedestrian was killed Saturday in a crash on Interstate 84 in Hartford.
State police say Raphael Rodriguez, 32, of Torrington was struck by a vehicle while on I-84 west near the entrance ramp from I-91.
He was rushed to St. Francis Hospital but was pronounced dead.
The driver of the vehicle that struck Rodriguez sustained minor injuries.
The investigation into why Rodriguez was on the highway is continuing.
