Fire displaces all in Stratford, CT, apartment building

Crews from all available companies rushed to the scene at 1168 Main Street. in Stratford, Connecticut.
Before they could put the fire out, it spread three apartments, with firefighters bogged down by heavy smoke.
There's so much smoke damage to the entire building that the residents
of all 31 apartments are now displaced.
Only one resident had to be hospitalized - with only minor injuries.
Stratford Fire investigators are determining how the fire started.
