HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Former Democratic West Haven State Representative Michael DiMassa changes his not guilty plea to a guilty plea in connection with the theft of federal COVID relief money from the City of West Haven.
DiMassa pleaded guilty to federal charges he stole around $1.2-million.
He faces up to 51 months in prison at sentencing, scheduled for next Tuesday.
