ROCKY HILL, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - The former Chief of the Rocky Hill Volunteer Ambulance Association has passed away.
Former Chief Joseph Grayeb suffered a medical emergency at a Rocky Hill High School football game and later succumbed to his injuries at Hartford Hospital, according to officials.
Lane closures are expected when Grayeb will be brought home Sunday from Hartford Hospital in a procession traveling on I-91 Southbound to Rocky Hill. The procession will get off the highway at Exit 23, turning right onto West Street, left on Cromwell Avenue, and left onto Brook Street to get to the Brooklawn Funeral Home.
Arrangements are still being made.
