
Meriden, Conn./WTIC Radio - Meriden police say a fourth person has been arrested in a incident last month stemming from a large gathering in a store parking lot.
Police say 18-year-old Selyah Rivera was among between 30 and 40 who were gathered in the lot of an East Main Street Lowe's Outlet store back on May 6.
The crowd became unruly when police showed up, jumping on and causing damage to a police cruiser.
Rivera was captured on video as among those involved, police said.
She faces a number of charges, including riot, breach of peace and interfering with police.
Bond was set at $25,000.
