WATERBURY, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Waterbury Police make a fourth arrest in connection with a November 2023 homicide of a city teen.
Police are now charging Jada Ellis, 20, of Waterbury, as an additional suspect in connection with the November 18, 2023, shooting death of Joseph Zavala, who was 18 at the time of his death.
Ellis is charged with conspiracy to commit murder and weapons in a motor vehicle.
She is being held on a $250,000 bond.
