Glastonbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - Charges have been filed against a man after Glastonbury police say he had a cache of weapons and drug paraphernalia in his home.
Under arrest is 39-year-old Benjamin Richard.
Police were called to a Manchester Road residence on June 6 by someone who became concerned about Richard's well being and behavior.
That's when they say they found firearms, ammunition and ghost guns, as well as methamphetamine and other drugs.
Officers used a Taser to gain control of Richard and he was taken into custody.
Richard was then taken to a hospital for evaluation.
He's now being held on $1 million bond on a number of weapons and drug charges.
Police say Richard had been barred from possessing guns due to a previous felony conviction.
