HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Hartford Police make an arrest in connection with a 2019 shooting.
Police say a lengthy investigation has led them to charge Geno McMahon, 36, of Hartford, with murder, assault, and criminal possession of a firearm in the death of Eros Diaz.
Diaz was 25 when he was fatally shot on June 22, 2019, in the area of Winship and Douglas Streets.
Another person was injured in the shooting and has since recovered.
Police have not said how McMahon may be connected to the case.
McMahaon is being held on a $3-million bond.
