Simsbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Simsbury are investigating the death of a woman Friday as a homicide and have arrested her husband.
Just before 11:30 a.m., officers received a 911 call to a home on Wildwood Road reporting an altercation between a husband and wife.
When police arrived they found Qiu Rongfang, 49, suffering from life threatening injuries.
She later died at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford.
Under arrest is Ding Sheng Lin, 50.
He was arrested and charged with murder.
Police call the incident isolated and there is no danger to the public.
The Hartford State's Attorney, State Police and Avon Police are assisting in the investigation.
