(Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Hartford say it was two juveniles who were responsible for setting fire to a city playscape earlier this week, rendering it unusable.
Police and fire personnel responded to the blaze on Granby Street just after noon on Monday.
The fire was extinguished and no injuries were reported.
Police say they located the suspects, aged 12 and 15, whom they say set fire to a large truck tire that then ignited the playscape.
The children have since been released to the custody of their parents.
Officers say the kids are charged with reckless burning, risk of injury and reckless endangerment.
