EAST HADDAM, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police are investigating a deadly Wednesday afternoon motorcycle crash in East Haddam.
The crash happened when Stephen John Nichols, 63, of Madison, struck a Toyota Tacoma that was turning onto Olmstead Road while riding his BMW motorcycle on the East Haddam Colchester Turnpike.
Nichols was thrown from the bike and was pronounced dead at the scene.
