South Windsor, Conn./WTIC Radio - An 18-year-old man is facing charges stemming from a domestic incident last month.
Newington police are charging Brian Misztal.
They say they tried to stop Misztal on December 23rd when he fled in a vehicle containing a juvenile.
South Windsor and Newington police found Brian Misztal on Thursday.
Another woman, 37-year-Paulina Misztal, is charged with interfering, allegedly pushing and grabbing officers.
Police say she tried to prevent officers from serving Brian Misztal with a warrant in South Windsor on Thursday
Brian Misztal is facing violation of a protective order, risk of injury and other offenses.
Bond was set at $50,000 pending arraignment.
