Farmington, Conn./WTIC Radio - Farmington police have arrested a man after they say he committed two acts of public indecency this summer.
Detectives say the first incident occurred on August 20 when Alexander Smith, 18, exposed himself to a female while riding on a moped in the town's Devonwood section.
Two weeks later, police say Smith committed a similar act in front of a female jogger on Judson Lane.
Smith was picked up Thursday and charged with two counts each of breach of peace and public indeceny.
His bond was set at $10,000.
Police want to hear from anyone who may have had a similar encounter.
