WATERBURY, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Waterbury Police say a man is fighting life-threatening injuries he sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Officers report a 25-year-old man lost control of the motorcycle he was operating around 1:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon, striking a telephone pole and a mailbox in the area of Crestwood Avenue and Chestnut Hill Road.
Both of the victim's legs are seriously injured, police say. His condition is considered life-threatening.
