MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Middletown Police arrest a city man in connection with the murder of a 67-year-old man found dead at a residence near the Connecticut River last November.
Officers responded to a residence at 225 River Road on November 4, when they found the body of Roger Davis, 67.
The state chief medical examiner ruled his death a homicide and detectives from the Middletown Police Major Investigations Unit spent the months since then investigating the case.
On Thursday, they arrested suspect Julio Wright, 34, of Middletown, as he appeared for an unrelated case at Middletown Superior Court.
He's being charged with murder and evidence tampering.
Bond is $2,000,000.
