Somers, Conn./WTIC Radio - State police are announcing the arrest of a man in connection with a homicide from nearly four years ago.
They say Timothy Lange, 35, of New Britain, is charged in the death of Jason Comes, 39, of Wilbraham, Massachusetts in August of 2021.
His body was discovered in a vehicle in a remote area of Durkee Road in Somers August 5, 2021.
Comes died from a gunshot, according to results of an autopsy.
The investigation determined Lange was a member of the Outlaws motorcycle gang.
In addition to felony murder, Lange faces other charges including kidnapping, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and robbery.
Lange was arrested Wednesday.
Bond was set at $1.5 million.
State police say the arrest warrant has been sealed but the investigation remains "active and ongoing".
