NAUGATUCK, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Naugatuck police arrest a teen in connection with an attempted robbery over the weekend.
Larry Mason, 18, allegedly went to a multifamily residence on hill street around 8 p.m. on Saturday to steal cash from a resident who lived there.
A struggle ensured, during which Mason fired a shot from a gun police say he was holding.
No one was injured.
Mason is charged with criminal attempt at robbery, illegal discharge of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit, and reckless endangerment.
Bond is $500,000.
