NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - New Haven Police are investigating a double shooting that happened Monday afternoon.
A concerned citizen reporting a person shot on Lamberton Street, between Button Street and Arthur Street, around 2:27 p.m. Monday.
