NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - New Haven Police make a second arrest in connection with threats made Monday on New Haven Schools.
Police say a 13-year-old Conte West Hills School student was arrested and released to their parent.
The 13-year-old allegedly made threats against the Conte school.
Police ask that any witnesses who have not yet spoken with the Police contact the New Haven Police Department Investigative Services Division at (203) 946-6304.
