NEW LONDON, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - New London Police are investigating a Tuesday night homicide.
Police say a man is dead after a shooting near the intersection of Colman and West Pleasant Streets around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Officers say the man was found with life-threatening injuries.
He was taken to Lawrence + Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries where he later died.
The shooting is not believed to be random.
