NEW LONDON, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - New London Police are investigating the report of shots fired Thursday afternoon.
Police say they responded to the report of shots fired around 5:30 p.m. Thursday in the area of Blackhall and Prest Streets.
They were able to collect evidence from the scene and find a vehicle connected to the incident.
Officers say there is no report of any injuries and no possible suspects have been named.
The shooting is believed to be not random.
