(NORWALK--WTIC NEWS)---Norwalk police say an internal affairs investigation is underway concerning officer Hector Delgado.
This, after Bridgeport police arrested him yesterday on an outstanding warrant charging him with third degree stalking, and second degree harassment regarding a family violence incident.
Delgado has been placed on administrative leave, and his police-issued firearm has been seized. His police powers have been suspended.
