Norwich, Conn./WTIC Radio - A man is under arrest after Norwich police say he kissed a 14-year-old girl as she exited her school bus on Friday.
Officers say it was around 3:30 p.m. when they responded to an area of Boswell Street on a report of inappropriate physical contact.
The teen told them Joseph Dunion, 68, asked for her phone number.
She gave a phony number, police say, after which Dunion kissed her as she attempted to walk away.
Dunion now face charges of sexual assault, risk of injury and interfering with police.
He's due in court on Tuesday.
