Waterbury Police say a man from New York is dead after a crash near train tracks.
Police say investigators learned Jose Eduardo, 21, of Carmel, NY, was riding a dirt bike on train tracks.
Eduardo lost control in the area of Yale Street, where the dirt bike he was riding struck a concrete wall attached to a railroad bridge.
His body was found with severe trauma.
