WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police are investigating a crash involving an overturned tractor trailer in West Hartford that caused serious delays for hours on Friday morning.
The crash closed the eastbound side of I-84 near exit 43 around 4:15 a.m.
Traffic was being diverted off the highway at exit 41 through around 6 a.m., at which time one lane opened near the scene of the crash to help move traffic through the area despite a large amount of congestion.
Some contents from within the tractor trailer had spilled out, also, and had to be cleared.
State Police haven't determined a cause for the crash. There's no word of injuries.
