PLAINFIELD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Plainfield Police make a dual arrest, including a local school nurse, in a child sexual assault case.
The investigation, according to police, found that David Desimone, 56, had engaged in inappropriate sexual contact with the victim on multiple occasions.
Additionally, the investigation revealed that David’s wife, Holly Desimone, 52, was aware of these incidents but failed to report them to police and take steps to protect the victim.
David Desimone is charged with one count of first-degree sexual assault, three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault, four counts of fourth-degree sexual assault, four counts of risk of injury to a child involving illegally sexual contact, and one count of conspiracy to commit risk of injury with illegal sexual contact.
He is free on a $150,000 bond with a court appearance in Danielson on Wednesday.
Holly Desimone is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit risk of injury to a child.
She is free on a $50,000 bond with a court appearance in Danielson on Wednesday.
