Plymouth, Connecticut, targeted in cyber-attack

An investigation has been launched by police in Plymouth after the Connecticut community was targeted in a cyber attack.
Police say that town funds were stolen in the attack.
As the police describe it, a town vendor was victimized in the attack and emails were compromised.
The police have not disclosed how much money was stolen or when it happened.
