Meriden, Conn./WTIC Radio - In Meriden, Governor Lamont and officials are announcing the state's law enforcement agencies will have access to a nationwide database that will allow for the capture and comparison of ballistic evidence in real time.
The Division of Scientific Services within the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection will have expanded access to NIBIN, the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network.
