(Hartford, Conn.(WTIC Radio)-A second suspect faces murder charges for a homicide in the city in February, police said.
Police responded February 7 to an apartment on Evergreen Avenue. They discovered one deceased female and another suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The second female survived.
The homicide victim was identified as Allison McCoy, 21, of the Evergreen address.
On Thursday police served an arrest warrant on Ty-Jeir McCray, 18 of Hartford. He's currently in custody on unrelated charges. He faces murder, assault and robbery charges. McCray's bond is two million dollars.
In early June, the Hartford Fugitive Task Force and Violent Crimes arrested Troyquan Westberry, 25, of Hartford on murder and assault charges.
