EAST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - East Hartford Police are investigating a homicide on Sunday.
Officers responded to the area of 25 Westbrook Street on the report of a man on the ground around 3 p.m. Sunday.
The male victim was found fatally shot.
Police are not commenting further at this time.
