New Haven, Conn./WTIC Radio - For the second time this month, police are investigating a violent episode at New Haven's Union Station.

Early Sunday morning, officers were alerted by a station security officer to a man who'd been stabbed.

The call came in a little after midnight.

Responding officers found a man who'd been stabbed multiple times on the left side of the station.

The victim was transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

A large knife was found at the scene.

The incident comes on the heels of a shooting earlier this month at Union Station where the victim was shot multiple times.

Anyone with information in either case is asked to contact New Haven police.
